Advanced Kickboxing

Guest instructor Scot Hunter, joins FIT Kickboxing for our Advanced Kickboxing class.  Instructor Scot offers his expertise to members looking for a more in-depth Muay Thai based class.  A more intense session where partnered pairs use Thai pads and focus mitts.  This class offers further training in blocking and fighting techniques.  Whether you are interested in a more intense workout or want to expand your capability this is an excellent class to develop skills.  Available to all instructor approved members. 

Mitt class

Mitt class is for all levels and is recommended to all members to participate in whenever the opportunity rises.  Mitt classes happen when there are less than 4 members in a class.  This class is an excellent opportunity for all skill levels to better learn and perfect technique, apply skills for manuerverability, and to help define self defense moves.  Mitt class is a great workout but at times may seem like a slower pace.  The point of mitt classes are to improve skills.  When you improve your skills your heavy bag workout gets better and when you get better you burn more calories.  Many members love mitt classes and the skills they build, if you have the opportunity take advantage.
